Corsican is a medium density firewood. It's is harvested from wilding pines which otherwise causes damage to local ecosystems by outcompeting our natives.
As a type of Pine it's a cousin to the normal Pine that you know, but slower growing and more dense and burns very hot!
It 's easy to catch a flame, and can still be burnt by itself without a harder firewood like Blue Gum, but will work as a great base for a harder firewood also.
